No matter what fish you cook, we`ll make it taste heavenly with this Chinese-style sauce for fish.

Number Of Ingredients 8

ginger - 3 slices of root
green onions - 2 stalks
oil - 1 tablespoon
soya sauce - 2 tablespoons
vinegar - 3 tsp
sugar - 1 tsp
broth - 6 tablespoons, or water
starch - 2 tsp

Steps:

  • Cut the ginger into thin strips, fry it with the onions for 1 minute. Add the soya sauce , sugar, vinegar and water (broth) and boil it all for 1 more minute, but reduce the heat.
  • Add the dissolved in water starch. Stir until the sauce thickens. Serve with fried or grilled fish .

The ang thorn fish I bought was half steamed with tempeh at noon, and it was as delicious as it was cooked in sauce at night!

Number Of Ingredients 11

5 bars Yellow catfish
4 scoops Salad oil
a little salt
1 scoop Soy sauce
Half a teaspoon granulated sugar
A few drops sesame oil
1 scoop Ginger Sauce
2 tablets Sliced ginger
2 petals garlic
1 piece Red chili
1 scoop Cooking wine

Steps:

  • Ang porcupine fish treated clean
  • Stir fragrant ginger, minced garlic and red pepper in a frying pan
  • Add ang stabfish and fry on 2 sides for color
  • Add cooking wine
  • Add a pinch of salt
  • Add soy sauce
  • Add Gingerle Sauce
  • Add sugar and stir fry evenly
  • Add appropriate amount of water
  • After boiling, turn to medium-low heat to collect the dried soup
  • Wait until the soup is boiled until it is almost dry, and drizzle with sesame oil
  • Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve
