1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Assorted fresh vegetables

Steps:

  • Combine the first 9 ingredients; mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. If desired, sprinkle with additional parsley. Serve with vegetables.

4 cloves garlic (minced)
Hot sauce
1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into 4 inch sticks
1 pound celery stalks, cut into 4 inch sticks
1 cucumber, sliced
1 pint cherry tomatoes
1/2 pound radishes, ends trimmed
Fresh parsley leaves ( for garnish)
