EASY SOFT SUGAR COOKIES RECIPE: HOW TO MAKE IT

Steps:
- In a large bowl, cream the butter and 2 cups of the sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and 1 teaspoon of the cardamom; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. In a small bowl, combine the remaining sugar and cardamom; dip rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into sugar mixture. Place on greased baking sheets. Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on wire racks.

- In a large bowl, cream butter and erythritol until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Beat in egg and vanilla. In another bowl, whisk almond flour, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into creamed mixture. Stir in chips. , Preheat oven to 325°. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Using a wet finger, press down on cookies to flatten. Bake until edges are lightly browned, 7-10 minutes. Cool completely on pans on wire racks.
