¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper, plus extra for finishing
¼ cup Baileys Irish Cream
2 tablespoons vanilla vodka
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons half-and-half
Ice, as needed

Steps:

1. On a small plate, place a very damp paper towel. On another small plate, stir the sugar and cayenne together to combine. 2. Press the glass onto the paper towel to wet the rim, then dip it into the sugar-cayenne mixture. Set aside. 3. In a cocktail shaker, combine the Baileys with the vanilla vodka, cocoa powder, half-and-half and cayenne (to taste). Add a few ice cubes, and shake very well to combine. 4.
