This is a recipe that came from our church's first cookbook more than 30 years ago. We like to serve it with cooked rice and a vegetable.

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 lb ground beef
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms or 1 (8 ounce) can mushrooms
1 cup sliced celery
2 medium onions, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup white rice, washed
1 can chinese noodles, crisp

Steps:

  • Brown meat in skillet.
  • Add remaining ingredients except noodles.
  • Stir well and pour into a 2 quart casserole.
  • Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake another 30 minutes.
  • Sprinkle noodles over top and return to oven and bake an additional 15 minutes.
  • Serves 8.

2 pcs egg
150 grams Luncheon meat
20 grams Radish sprouts
2 grams salt
a little Black pepper

Steps:

  • Slice pumpkin steamed buns, cut four slices of a steamed bun, slice canned luncheon meat, beat two eggs, add radish sprouts (self-grown radish sprouts), and put an appropriate amount of salt and black pepper in the egg liquid
  • Dip the brush with a little oil, and brush it on the wall of the pot ring; close the lid and turn on the power to preheat, and the power indicator light is red at this time
  • When the power indicator turns to green, it means that the preheating is over, put on gloves and open the lid, and open it together with the cooking plate in the middle; put in a slice of steamed bread; spread two slices of luncheon meat and sprinkle with radish sprouts
