1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup diced pickles
1 cup Progresso™ plain bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 lb sliced bacon
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (8 oz)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
  • In large bowl, add 1 1/2 lb ground beef, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 cup ketchup, 1/2 cup diced pickles, 1 cup Progresso™ plain bread crumbs, and 2 eggs; use your hands to mix ingredients together. Set aside.
  • Place bacon slices across loaf pan side by side. Place half of the meatloaf mixture in bottom of loaf pan; sprinkle with 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (8 oz); and finally, place the rest of the meatloaf mixture on top.
  • Fold hanging pieces of bacon over top. Bake about 1 hour or until meat thermometer inserted in center of loaf reads 160°F). Mix 1/2 cup ketchup and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce; pour on top of meatloaf while still hot. Cool several minutes before serving.

1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups shredded American cheese (6 oz)
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Dough Sheet
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon sesame seed

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in pickles, water, ketchup, mustard and pepper.
  • Spoon beef mixture into 11x7-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Unroll dough; press into 12x8-inch rectangle. Cut into 6 squares; place on top of cheese. Brush with egg; sprinkle with sesame seed.
  • Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until deep golden brown.

Dip dough balls in butter mixture; place along outer edge of a 10-in. cast-iron skillet, leaving center open. Gently stack remaining balls on top of bottom layer, leaving some space between them. Cover and let rise until almost doubled, about 30 minutes., Preheat oven to 400°. Bake until dough balls are set and beginning to brown, 15-18 minutes., Meanwhile, combine cream cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, mayonnaise, Italian seasoning and remaining garlic powder; spoon into center of skillet. Layer with 1/4 cup mozzarella and pizza sauce. Top with remaining mozzarella and pepperoni.
