Fried noodles with egg is a very common snack in Guangdong food stalls, especially at night supper stalls with fried noodles and raw porridge. The combination of dry and wet is delicious and full.

1 piece noodles
2 pcs egg
1/3 onion
20 grams Sprouts
20 grams carrot
12 grams salt
3 grams Soy sauce
2 grams Knorr Chicken Noodle
1 shallot

Steps:

  • Prepare the ingredients, wash the sprouts, and cut the carrots and onions into fine strips
  • Knock open the eggs, add salt, oil, and chicken powder and beat evenly
  • Into the frying pan and scrambled eggs

175g pork fillet, sliced
150g mixed vegetables
2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Double Deluxe Soy Sauce

Steps:

  • Stir-fry pork fillet in medium heat oil for 5 minutes or until cooked. For the best result pre-marinate with I tbsp of Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce for I0 minutes.
