This cake mix blueberry muffin is light and delicious, tastes just like you made them from scratch and so darn easy!

Steps:
- Beat everything all together (except for blueberries) until well blended and smooth around 3 minutes with an electric mixer, then fold in the blueberries at the end.
- Fill muffin cups 3/4 full and bake 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Bake at 350 until browned. Or use the toothpick method that the centers come out clean when poked!
- If you want to have some variations, add some lemon or orange zest around 1 teaspoon.
- You can also add a nice streusel topping:
- 1/2 flour,
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon,
- 1/4 cup brown sugar,
- 2 tablespoons softened butter and 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- mix all together evenly.
- Sprinkle a little on each muffin before baking. You can also just sprinkle with sugar.

Steps:
- Rinse blueberries lightly and drain well.
- In mixing bowl, beat eggs until light. Add the cake mix, pudding, vegetable oil, vanilla, and milk.
- Beat until smooth, but do not over beat (about 2 1/2 minutes). Batter will be thick.
- Carefully fold in blueberries with spoon. Try not to break the berries--fill muffin cups 3/4 full and place into preheated 350F degree oven for 20-30 minutes, depending on muffin cup size.
- Will make 9 large or 12-15 small muffins.
