My dad use to make this all the time when I was young. It is so good as a sandwich but I prefer it on Ritz crackers.

- Process in food processor bologna, cheese, and onion. Stir in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Steps:
- Add mayonnaise to two slices of bread.
- Add cheese to the mayonnaise side of both slices of bread. Add bologna and assemble the sandwich.
- Add butter to both sides of the sandwich. Put in a hot skillet and grill till caramelized. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!!
