2 slices cheese (cheddar or any other cheese you prefer)
2 slices bacon pre-cooked
2 slices of bread
2 tbsp butter (Soften)

Steps:

  • Preheat your air fryer at 400F for 2-3 minutes.
  • Heat the butter in the microwave for 10 seconds to soften.
  • Spread the butter on one side of the bread and lay 1 slice of cheddar cheese on top.
  • After that add the slice of bacon on top of the cheese. Then place the other slice of buttered bread.
  • Place on the air fryer basket and cook at 200C/400F for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown. Flip halfway through the cooking process.
  • Remove from the air fryer basket, serve it with your favorite dipping.

Steps:

  • Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, and set aside.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Spread butter onto one side of each slice of bread. Lay 4 slices of bread, butter side down, in the skillet. Top with a slice of cheese, 2 slices tomato, bacon, and another slice of cheese. Cover with a slice of bread, butter side out. Fry sandwiches until golden on both sides.
