Add the water and vinegar to the bucket and swirl to mix.

Liberally shake baking soda on the stain.
Carefully pour the vinegar and water mixture over the baking soda.
Let the cleaner work on the stain for five or so minutes.
Blot away the cleaner and urine with a clean cloth.
