Steps:
- Place tea bags in medium bowl. Add boiling water. Let steep 4 minutes. Discard tea bags. Place mint sprigs in large pitcher; mash with a muddler or the handle of a wooden spoon until slightly bruised. Pour in tea, lemonade, and vodka.
- Fill 8 highball glasses with ice. Divide sweet tea among glasses. Garnish with lemon slices.

- In a Dutch oven, bring water to a boil. Remove from the heat; add tea bags. Cover and steep for 5 minutes. Discard tea bags. Stir in sugar and lemonade concentrate. Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Serve over ice. If desired, garnish with lemon slices.
