Steps:
- Cut 1/3 off the top of a Golden Oreo™ and attach 2 butterscotch chips (using the white frosting) to the cut end of the Oreo™ cookie on opposite sides for the ears.
- Using the black edible marker, make round dots in the middle of 2 white confetti sprinkles for the eyes. Color 1 white confetti sprinkle entirely in black for the nose.
- Cut the Fruit Roll-Ups™ into tiny strips for the lettuce and tomato using kitchen shears.
- Attach the Fruit Roll-Ups™ strips to the cut end of the Golden Oreo™ with white frosting.
- Secure the confetti eyes and nose to the front of the cookie with white frosting. Draw on a mouth and whiskers using the black edible marker.
