As I get older, I have already passed the days of eating ice and drinking cold drinks as I want. I switched to eating something that is relatively cool, relatively healthy, and acceptable to my stomach, such as shredded chicken, soaked in ice water, and then torn by hands, except that the taste is tighter. In fact, the icy cold is more refreshing, and then use lime, lemongrass, and fish sauce to make a Southeast Asian sour and refreshing sauce. Simply mix it and it is the most relaxing dish in the summer.

3 pcs Chicken leg
2 pcs Limes

Steps:

  • Wash the chicken drumsticks, boil a pot of water, add lemongrass, ginger slices and salt in the water to cook the aroma, put the chicken drumsticks in the water and cook for 20 minutes
  • Remove the cooked chicken legs and soak them in clean ice water, pour in rice wine, and quickly cool down to make the meat firmer
  • When the chicken legs are cool, tear them into shredded chicken with your hands, put them in a bowl, and add the sliced lime, lemongrass and millet pepper rings
  • Then mix the fish sauce, light soy sauce, and brown sugar into a bowl of sauce, pour it into the shredded chicken, mix and stir, let it stand for a while, let it cool and eat it, and eat it after freezing, or freshly ground some black pepper cubes Sprinkle on it to show more levels
