- Combine the gelatin and boiling water; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Mix in cranberry sauce and pineapple.
- Transfer to glass serving dishes. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Chill until set and serve.

- In a food processor, cover and process cranberries until coarsely chopped. Transfer to a large bowl; stir in pineapple and sugar. Cover and refrigerate overnight. , Just before serving, fold in marshmallows, whipped cream and pecans. If desired, top with additional chopped pecans.
