This is quick and easy. The curry powder adds a great flavour. I found the original recipe in a booklet called Family Meal Planning published in 1972 and received permission to post the recipe.

Steps:
- Set oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease casserole dish.
- Melt margarine.
- Add flour& salt and cook for 1 minute while stirring.
- Remove from heat.
- Add milk gradually, return to heat and cook and stir until thickened.
- Stir curry powder and worcestershire sauce into sauce.
- Break salmon into chunks and add to sauce.
- Add cooked rice.
- Pour into greased casserole.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.

Steps:
- Bring the rice and water to a boil in a saucepan over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until the rice is tender, and the liquid has been absorbed, 20 to 25 minutes. Meanwhile, season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Place salmon fillets into the skillet and cook until golden, about 3 minutes on each side. Cover and reduce heat to medium and continue cooking until the salmon flakes easily with a fork, 2 to 3 minutes longer. Remove salmon from the skillet and set aside. Stir orange juice and soy sauce into the same skillet. Cook on high heat until slightly thickened, 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the sesame oil. Spoon sauce over the salmon and serve with rice.

- In a microwave safe bowl, add the salmon. Using a fork, flake it until it resembles canned fish. Top the salmon with rice, and sprinkle rice with about 1 tablespoon of water. Cover bowl with parchment or plastic wrap, and microwave until the rice is fluffy and everything is warmed through, about 2 minutes. Remove bowl from the microwave, and discard the parchment/plastic wrap. Add soy sauce, mayonnaise and sriracha. Toss until fully combined. Top bowl with avocado, kimchi, scallions, and sesame seeds.
