- Butter 8-inch square baking pan; set aside.
- Place butter and peanut butter into bowl. Microwave 1 1/2-2 minutes or until butter melts; stir until well mixed. Stir in all remaining ingredients until lumps of sugar disappear. Microwave 1 1/2-2 minutes or until softened but not bubbly; stir.
- Pour into prepared pan. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour until firm. Cut into squares. Store refrigerated.

- Empty entire jar of peanut butter in a mixing bowl.
- Heat vanilla frosting in its container (make sure you pull off all the foil lining) in microwave for about 60 seconds or until completely melted.
- Pour the melted frosting in the bowl with the peanut butter and mix well.
- Quickly pour the mixture into a 9x13 pan, allow fudge to set, cut into small squares, and enjoy!

(Use caution when removing this mixture from the microwave, it will be very hot.) Add the vanilla and powdered sugar to the peanut butter mixture and stir to combine with a wooden spoon. The mixture will become hard to stir and lose its sheen. Spread into a buttered 8 by 8-inch pan lined with parchment paper. Fold the excess parchment paper so it covers the surface of the fudge and refrigerate until cool, about 2 hours.
