Steps:
- In a large bowl combine the Chex™ cereal, pumpkin, pecans and spices. Stir gently so the cereal doesn't break apart.
- In a double broiler melt white chocolate or white candy melts.
- Fold the chocolate into the Chex™ cereal mix until the cereal is coated.
- Divide the mix in half (easier to shake this way) and place each half in a large plastic bowl or plastic bag. Pour in powdered sugar and shake until the mis is coated. Do the same to the other half.
- Spread the mix out on a nonstick baking sheet to dry over night.
