- First, make the Lo Mein sauce by mixing all the mentioned sauce ingredients together.
- Cook the noodles in boiling water. Drain the hot water and take it out in a colander.
- Fry the veggies until crispy from outside. Do not overcook it. They should be a little raw and crunchy.
- Add the noodles on the veggies.
- Top it with the Lo Mein sauce and stir well.
