6 Oz Lo Mein Noodles or Egg noodles
2 Cups Veggies ( Cabbage, Bell Pepper, Bok Choy, Sweet Corns, Green Beans, and Carrots)
1 Tbsp Garlic (minced)
2 Tbsp Green Onions (chopped)
3 Tsp Sesame Oil
1 Tsp Mirin
2 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Light Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 Tsp Sesame Oil

Steps:

  • First, make the Lo Mein sauce by mixing all the mentioned sauce ingredients together.
  • Cook the noodles in boiling water. Drain the hot water and take it out in a colander.
  • Fry the veggies until crispy from outside. Do not overcook it. They should be a little raw and crunchy.
  • Add the noodles on the veggies.
  • Top it with the Lo Mein sauce and stir well.
