1 cup baby spinach
1 cup frozen banana slices (about 1 medium banana)
½ cup frozen strawberries
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
1-2 teaspoons pure maple syrup or honey (optional)

Steps:

  • Add milk and yogurt to a blender, then add spinach, banana, strawberries, peanut butter and sweetener (if using); blend until smooth.

3.8 oz frozen strawberry (9 frozen strawberries)
5.7 fl oz unsweetened almond milk (3/4 cup)
1.6 oz unsweetened peanut butter (3 1/4 tablespoons)
0.4 oz date nectar (2 1/2 teaspoons)

Steps:

  • Blend all ingredients together in a high powered blender until desired consistency is reached. Take care not to over-blend.
  • Serving suggestion: Warm a little peanut butter slightly and drizzle on the sides of a glass or cup, then pour in the smoothie.
