1 packet Hidden Valley® Ranch Night™ Rancho Taco Recipe Mix
1 pound ground beef
¾ cup milk

Steps:

  • Brown beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked (8–10 min), then drain off fat.

  • Reduce heat to medium-low, stir in seasoning packet and milk, then let cook about 5 min until the sauce has thickened.

  • Use as taco filling and serve with assorted toppings.

    *Alternative: Use ground turkey.

Spicy Chicken Tacos

6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
2 teaspoons Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix Shaker
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup salsa
2 cups iceberg lettuce
2 avocados
½ cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Spicy Secret Sauce

Steps:

  • Season the chicken thighs with the ranch seasoning mix.

  • Add the olive oil to a large skillet placed over high heat. When it begins to shimmer, add the chicken and sear on both sides for about 3 minutes, until golden brown.

  • Add salsa to the skillet and cover with a tight-fitting lid. Reduce heat to medium and let the chicken cook for 25–30 minutes. Turn the heat off and using two forks, shred the chicken.

  • Spoon the chicken into the warmed tortillas. Top with shredded lettuce, avocado chunks and the spicy secret sauce. Serve immediately.
