Steps:
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Combine mayonnaise, ranch seasoning powder and Parmesan cheese in a bowl until well combined.
Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet. Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the tops of the chicken; then sprinkle evenly with the panko crumbs.
Bake 25–30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve hot.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a non-stick shallow glass pan with non-stick spray.
- Rinse Salmon and pat dry. Cut into 4 pieces.
- Salt and pepper salmon on both sides.
- In a bowl combine all ingredients and stir into a paste.
- Evenly spread on top of salmon (skin side down on pan).
- Bake uncovered for 12-15 minutes until top is golden brown.

- Preheat oven to 400. Grease a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray or olive oil. Add flour to a medium shallow bowl and eggs to a separate medium shallow bowl. In a third shallow bowl, whisk together panko bread crumbs, Parmesan, olive oil, salt, garlic powder and cayenne. Working in batches, toss brussels sprouts in the flour until fully coated then dunk in eggs. Dredge in panko mixture then place on baking sheet. Bake until golden and crispy, about 25 minutes. Serve immediately with caesar dressing, if using.

Pat breasts dry and season on both sides with salt and pepper. Dip into egg mixture and then dredge in breadcrumbs, making sure all sides are coated. Place in a baking dish and bake until lightly golden and crispy, 20 minutes. Pour marinara over chicken breasts and top with mozzarella. Bake until cheese is melted and chicken is cooked through, 10 to 15 minutes more. Garnish with more Parmesan and basil and serve immediately.
