Love those oysters! This is a simple, fast and enjoyable recipe. Oysters have to be good for you because they sure do taste good!!

1 lb oyster, shucked or defrosted if not fresh
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons white wine
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 green onions, cut into 2" pieces
1 1/4 inches ginger, chopped finely

Steps:

  • Boil 4 cups water in pot and add oysters for 10-15 seconds .
  • Remove with slotten spoon to paper towels to drain.
  • Blend cornstarch with 4 Tbs water and add oyster and soy sauce.
  • Heat oil in wok, add wine, oysters, green onion& ginger.
  • Stir fry 15 seconds.
  • Add cornstarch mixture and stir fry 1 minute.
  • Enjoy.

Oysters are called oysters in Taiwan and Fujian. The scientific name is sea oysters, also known as oysters. There are many ways to eat oysters in Taiwan, and oyster fried is a unique flavor.

150 grams Oyster
2 pcs egg

Steps:

  • Break up the eggs, add an appropriate amount of salt and set aside. Cut carrots and cabbage into strips for later use. Chopped green onion
  • Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan, pour the marinated sea oysters into the pan, don’t heat it too much, and fry slowly
  • Don't stir fried sea oysters all the time, they will have a fishy smell, this is what the old man told me. Wait for the sea oysters to fry in the oil for two or three minutes, then turn it over, then add the carrots and cabbage
  • Sprinkle some chives when it's almost ripe to increase the fragrance. (The practice in Taiwan and Fujian is to put garlic leaves, but it is difficult to buy in summer)
  • Pour the egg mixture slowly along the edge of the oyster, and pour the remaining egg juice into the middle of the oyster
  • Hold the handle of the pot, turn the pot in a circle, let the egg juice inside flow, and form a uniform circle
