4 medium potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
2-1/2 teaspoons paprika
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°. Cut each potato into 12 wedges. In a large bowl, combine oil, paprika, salt and garlic powder. Add potatoes; toss to coat., Transfer to a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake until tender, 40-45 minutes, turning once.

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with the oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray and spread the potatoes in a single layer. Bake until golden and crisp, about 35 minutes. Remove the fries with a spatula and season with salt.
