- 1 15 oz, can creamed corn
- 1 15 oz. can whole corn
- 1 stick butter (melted)
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- mix together all ingredients and put into a greased 2 quart casserole
- bake 350 degrees for 1 hour
