Steps:
- In large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
- Gradually add flour, salt, and baking soda, beating until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
- Spread in greased 14 inch round pizza pan. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 20-25 minutes. Cool cookie in pan on a cooling rack. Decorate as desired.

If you want to make these smaller cookies it will not take 14 minutes to cook. I would say it would take 8-10 minutes to cook instead.

Steps:
- Set over to 375 degrees
- Mix both sugars, butter, vanilla extract, and eggs in blender until all ingredients are mixed together.
- In new bowl mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Slowly mix flour mixture into the sugar and butter mixture.
- Once mixed well hand mix in chocolate chips.
- Spray cookie sheet with Pam cooking spray. Than with a ice cream scooper add 9 scoops of cookie mix to cookie sheet, spacing them out evenly as you go. Again these are BIG cookies so don't try and fit 12 on a sheet.
- Cook in oven for about 14 minutes. Take out let cool on cookie sheet for a minute or two than move cookies to a cooling rack.

- Use the pot holders to take muffin pan out of oven. Carefully tip pan on its side to take muffins out of cups, and put muffins on the wire cooling rack. Cool muffins on cooling rack 10 minutes before serving.
