1 medium mango, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 banana, peeled and halved
1 (5.3 oz) container Hy-Vee vanilla Greek yogurt
1 c. of Hy-Vee low-fat milk
2 tsp. of Hy-Vee honey
0.5 tsp. of Hy-Vee vanilla extract
1 c. of ice cubes
1 tbsp. of unsweetened coconut
0 Additional chopped mango, for garnish

Steps:

  • 1. Place mango, banana, yogurt, milk, honey, vanilla and ice in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into glasses. Sprinkle each with coconut. If desired, garnish with additional chopped mango.
