PUMPKIN DUMP CAKE RECIPE | ALLRECIPES
There are different variations of this popular recipe. I think this is the easiest one to remember and to do. Serve cool with whipped cream. Make sure to sprinkle the butter over the cake mix evenly for the crunchiest topping.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch pan.
- In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, eggs, brown sugar, white sugar and milk. Stir in cinnamon, ginger, cloves and salt. Pour into pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the pumpkin filling. Sprinkle pecans over the cake mix. Drizzle melted butter over all.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the edges are lightly browned. Allow to cool.

Easy Strawberry Bundt cake starts with a boxed cake mix that gets transformed into a beautiful PINK moist strawberry cake BURSTING with strawberry flavor!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray non-stick surfaced 10 cup bundt pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
- In large bowl, combine all cake ingredients except strawberries and mix with electric mixer on low until combined, then on high for about 2 minutes. Fold in strawberries. Pour into prepared bundt pan and smooth surface.
- Bake for 40 - 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10- 15 minutes, then invert onto serving plate and cool completely.
- While cake is cooling make the glaze by combining e butter, powdered sugar, vanilla and milk. Adjust the amount of milk to get the consistency you desire for the glaze.
- Once cake is completely cooled, glaze the top. Allow glaze to set before serving.

- Continue to mix adding remaining milk as needed. It may take 5 to 6 minutes to reach the smoothness and consistency you like. It will take longer if using a hand mixer. As you mix the frosting will become very smooth. You can add additional milk (1 Tablespoon at a time) if the frosting is too thick or additional powdered sugar if too soft.

- Use the frosting while it is still chilled. If it becomes too soft, refrigerate until it firms up a bit or put in the freezer for 5 minutes or so to return to a good piping consistency.
