Steps:
- Combine all teriyaki glaze ingredients in 1 1/2-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat 5-6 minutes or until liquid is reduced to thick paste. Set aside.
- Melt butter in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat until sizzling. Add chicken; cook, stirring occasionally, 6-8 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Add vegetables. Continue cooking, 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisply tender. Stir in teriyaki sauce until chicken and vegetables are well coated.
- Prepare rice according to package directions while chicken mixture is cooking.
- Spoon rice onto serving platter; top with chicken mixture.
