This copycat Kraft stove top stuffing recipe clones the common 6-ounce box of Stove Top stuffing mix you find in any grocery store. This secret formula duplicates the chicken variety, the brand's most popular version. This recipe is similar to the recipe for Mac & Cheese served at the Hoggy's restaurant chain here in Columbus and it is great. Ratios of ingredients are slightly different. I use 2 cups mixed dry pasta to 16 oz of Sour Creme and I substituted 15 oz of Ricotta for the cottage cheese.
