Steps:
- Add the filtered water and sweetener to a sauce pan and stir heat over medium heat until dissolved. Add the rose petals and bring the mixture to a boil on high heat. Once boiling, turn off the heat and allow to cool.
- At this point, you can store this rose sugar syrup in the fridge for later use. Keeping the rose petals in the syrup will allow the color to seep into the liquid and give you a deeper color. If using right away, strain the mixture to remove petals. Add the lemon juice and stevia and mix. Add ice and more rose petals to garnish. Enjoy!

- In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups water to a boil; add rosemary sprigs. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, 10 minutes., Remove and discard rosemary. Stir in sugar and honey until dissolved. Transfer to a pitcher; refrigerate 15 minutes. , Add lemon juice; stir in cold water. Serve over ice. If desired, top with additional lemon slices and rosemary sprigs.
