8 oz. fluid whole milk (more to taste)
1/3 c. sweetened, condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c. chocolate syrup
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips (more if desired!)
Whipped cream
1/4 c. half-and-half (optional)

Steps:

To make Vanilla Frappuccino: Add coffee, milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla to a blender. Top off blender with ice and blend until smooth and icy. (Add half-and-half if you'd like it to be a little richer and creamier.) Serve in a glass with whipped cream on top.To make Mocha Frappuccino: Add coffee, milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and chocolate syrup to a blender. Top off blender with ice and blend until smooth and icy. (Add half-and-half if you'd like it to be a little richer and creamier.) 4 green tea bags
4 orange pekoe tea bags
6 cups boiling water
1 cup white sugar
1 (12 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
½ lemon, juiced
10 cold water, or as needed

Steps:

Place green tea bags and black tea bags in a 1-gallon glass jar. Pour boiling water over tea bags; steep for 30 minutes.
Remove tea bags; stir in sugar and lemonade concentrate until dissolved. Fill jar to the top with cold water; stir in lemon juice. Chill in the refrigerator until cold. Serve over ice.
