8 ounces fresh baby bella mushrooms, washed, stems removed, quartered
1 Half Stick (1/4 cup) Land O Lakes® Butter
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/8 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Heat gas grill to medium-high or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
  • Place mushrooms into center of 18-inch square sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
  • Cut butter into small pieces. Place over mushrooms. Sprinkle mushrooms with garlic, parsley and salt. Bring long sides of foil up over mushrooms; seal using double folds. Seal remaining sides of foil using double folds.
  • Place packet directly onto grill. Close cover; grill 15-20 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked through and tender.
  • Carefully open packet with scissors, allowing steam to escape. Stir mushrooms; spoon over steak or potatoes.

aluminum foil
2 large white onions, sliced into 1/4-inch rings
8 ounces baby bella mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
4 tablespoons butter, cut into 4 pieces
5 tablespoons steak seasoning (such as Dale's®)

Steps:

  • Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat.
  • Fold an 18-inch wide piece of aluminum foil so it is square.
  • Place onions, mushrooms, and garlic in the middle of the foil. Arrange butter pieces on top of vegetables and drizzle with steak seasoning. Bring 4 corners of the foil together in the center, and crimp any open spaces to seal packet.
  • Place the foil packet on the preheated grill and cook until vegetables are tender, about 45 minutes. Remove from grill, open packet carefully, and serve.
