Steps:
- In your cocktail shaker, add tequila, fresh lime juice, Cointreau and agave
- Fill rocks glass entirely to rim with ice. Add a handful of ice to cocktail shaker with ingredients
- Shake until cold
- Strain into glasses
- Top with club soda, garnish with lime, enjoy!!

Steps:
- Before starting make sure the sparkling wine, tequila, and Cointreau are very cold. You can leave them in the fridge one day before preparing the cocktail.
- Put the first lime on a cutting board, and cut it into four slices of the same size.
- Take a lime wedge, and rub the rim of each glass, so that it is moistened with lemon juice. Reserve the extra lime wedges for garnish.
- Spread the sugar on a shallow plate. Then place the glasses upside down on the sugar. So that the sugar sticks to the rim of each glass.
- In a shaker or large mug, mix: the juice of lime, the Cointreau, and the tequila. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed. Then add about 200 ml of sparkling wine.
- Fill champagne glass half way up with mixture, then fill the remainder of the glass with more sparkling wine, and cheers.
