- Dump your block of frozen chicken breast into the Ninja Foodi cooking pot.
- Pour over leftover soup or stock so that is smothers your chicken breast. Then pour 1 cup (240ml) of water over. Place the lid on your Ninja pressure cooker and set the valve to sealing.
- Pressure cook for 20 minutes, followed by a 10 minute natural pressure release, before releasing the remaining pressure.
- Remove the chicken breasts and shred with meat claws. Season with salt and pepper and mix with barbecue sauce.
