They are covered in a slightly tangy cheez powder. They may not be very healthy but they taste great and work well as a snack. They are also good for dips. The Hot & Spicy is by far the best flavor out of the grooves line. It’s my favorite. You can find these wherever there are cheez-it products, usually for under ) $4.
