This is the easiest recipe ever! It's so addictive too. Great for potlucks, buffets, etc. It literally takes minutes to make, but does need a couple hours to chill. Cook time is chill time.

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese
3/4 cup green olives, chopped

Steps:

Let cream cheese come to room temperature.
Mix olives and cream cheese together.
Chill for two hours minimum.
Serve with crackers, pita chips, whatever you like!

My favorite way to serve this delicious spread is on pumpernickel bread cut in small squares. Perfect for an afternoon tea party with the girls.

Ingredients

6 ounce(s) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
2 tablespoon(s) liquid from salad olives
dash(es) ground pepper
1/2 cup(s) chopped pecans
1 cup(s) chopped green salad olives (the jar will say "salad olives." they are bits and pieces of green olives with pimentos.)

Steps:

Combine the cream cheese and mayonnaise in a medium bowl and mix well. Add the liquid from the salad olives and the pepper and mix.
Fold in the pecans and salad olives. May chill if not serving right away. When ready to serve, soften until it is spreadable.
Serve on crackers or the bread of your choice. Great holiday spread or any other time of the year.
