CHINESE GINGER CHICKEN - CHINESE FOOD RECIPES



Chinese ginger chicken - Chinese Food Recipes image

500 g chicken breast
1 bunch scallions
2 cloves of garlic
50 g ginger
3 chillies
1 handful of cashews
soy sauce
rapeseed oil
Rice wine

Steps:

  • Cut the chicken into small cubes and marinate at least for 15 minutes in a little soy sauce. Cut the spring onions into thick, garlic, ginger and chilli into thin slices. Heat a generous amount of canola oil in a pan. The meat sharp golden brown fry on all sides. Then take out of the pan and drain the fat on a kitchen towel.
  • In the same pan sear now spring onions, garlic, ginger and chilli. Following the meat added, all with a shot deglaze rice wine and season with soy sauce. Last stir in the cashews and serve the dish with rice.

400 grams Cucumber
5 grams Refined salt
2 grams MSG
15 grams ginger
25 grams Soft white sugar
2 grams sesame oil

Steps:

  • Prepare the ingredients: cucumber and ginger
  • Peel the ginger, wash it, and wipe it into a puree
  • Wash the cucumbers, cut 3/4 depth with an oblique knife, and then cut the same knife.
  • Add salt to marinate for about 20 minutes
  • Wash it with clean water, squeeze out the water, and cut into two-inch pieces
  • Add ginger, sugar, monosodium glutamate, sesame oil, and mix well to taste
