Whisk together blue gelatin dessert and boiling water until gelatin is dissolved. Whisk in vodka. Pour mixture into a 9x9x2-inch square baking dish. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or until set.

Cut gelatin into 3x1-inch pieces; remove from dish. Top each with a Peep candy. If desired, serve on halved Rice Krispies Treats.
