Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 190°C(170°C fan)|375F|gas 5. Toss together the apples, sugar, lemon juice, and water in a mixing bowl. Divide between four large microwaveable mugs.
- Cover with clingfilm and cook in the microwave on high for 4 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes, until softened.
- Carefully remove from the microwave and stir again briefly. Scrunch up the sheets of pastry, fitting them to size inside the cups on top of the apple.
- Sit the cups on a baking tray and top with the melted butter and a pinch of cinnamon. Bake for 15 - 18 minutes until golden brown on top.
- Remove from the oven and leave to cool slightly before serving with the custard.

- In a medium mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to combine the cream cheese and marshmallow creme. Fill each mini fillo shell with a spoonful of the mixture.
- Top with a variety of fruits.
- Melt chocolate chips in the microwave, in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until completely melted.
- Put melted chocolate in a freezer storage bag and snip a small corner off one end.
- Drizzle the chocolate over each fruit cup.
- Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to chill before serving.
