This is so easy! It isn't my Granny's old fashioned cobbler (which is wonderful), but its really sweet and delicious! When you view the ingredients and amounts, you see where the name came from.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 stick(s) real butter
1 cup(s) flour
1 cup(s) sugar
1 cup(s) whole milk
2 can(s) sliced peaches, in heavy syrup

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Place butter into a pyrex baking dish (or similar). Place into oven while it preheats, and take out once melted.
  • In the meantime, Whisk together the flour, sugar and milk til mostly smooth. Pour over the butter in the baking dish.
  • Spoon the contents of both cans of peaches over the batter, syrup and fruit.
  • Bake at 350, until golden brown and crust is done (about 50 - 60 mins., depending on your oven).
  • Serve hot with a scoop of ice cream for a wonderful treat!

This is an easy and yummy way to make peach cobbler. It is great to make if you're looking to make a small treat without much leftover.

1 cup(s) self rising flour
1 cup(s) milk
1 stick(s) butter (1/2 melted 1/2 cut up for top
1 can(s) (28 oz) sliced peaches

Steps:

  • Mix flour, sugar and milk together until well blended.
  • Set aside put melted butter in dish. Pour the peaches and the juice in the pan.
  • Pour flour, sugar, and milk mixture over the peaches, do not stir it.
  • Cut up butter and put pieces on top of mixture..
  • Bake at 350 for approx. 40 min.
