Crockpot Creamy Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sliders image

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 Large Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 Cups Chicken Broth
8 Oz Cream Cheese
1/2 24 oz. Bottle Ranch Dressing
1/2 23 oz. Bottle Frank's Red Hot Sauce
8 Hamburger Buns
1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella

Steps:

  • Place all three chicken breast and chicken broth in your crockpot.
  • Cook on high for 1.5 hours.
  • Remove one cup of chicken broth, and shred chicken with a hand mixer.
  • Once chicken is shredded, add cream cheese, ranch, and wing sauce.
  • Cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. 
  • Mix well and spoon on to buns.
  • Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, and place sandwich in the microwave for 15 second to melt cheese. 
  • Serve and enjoy!

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 (17.5 fluid ounce) bottle buffalo wing sauce, divided
½ (1 ounce) package dry ranch salad dressing mix
2 tablespoons butter
6 hoagie rolls, split lengthwise

Steps:

  • Place the chicken breasts into a slow cooker, and pour in 3/4 of the wing sauce and the ranch dressing mix. Cover, and cook on Low for 6 to 7 hours.
  • Once the chicken has cooked, add the butter, and shred the meat finely with two forks. Pile the meat onto the hoagie rolls, and splash with the remaining buffalo wing sauce to serve.
