Steps:
- Combine cake mix, oil, and eggs in a mixing bowl.
- Using an ice cream scoop or your hand, form golf ball-sized balls of cookie dough and transfer to a bowl of powdered sugar.
- Cover dough ball in powdered sugar and transfer to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 10-12 minutes.
- Enjoy!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking sheets with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Mix in vanilla, egg, lemon zest, and juice. Scrape sides and mix again.
- Stir in all dry ingredients slowly until just combined, excluding the powdered sugar. Scrape sides of bowl and mix again briefly. Refrigerate dough for one hour.
- Pour powdered sugar onto a large plate. Roll a heaping teaspoon of dough into a ball and roll in powdered sugar. Place on baking sheet and repeat with remaining dough.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes or until cookies are cracked on top. Remove from oven and cool cookies about 3 minutes before transferring to cooling rack.

- Preheat the oven to 350˚. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Whisk the cake mix and baking powder in a large bowl to get rid of any lumps. Add the eggs, vegetable oil and vanilla and mix well to combine. Cover and refrigerate until the dough just begins to firm up, about 30 minutes. Spread the sprinkles in a shallow bowl. Scoop and roll the dough into balls (about 2 tablespoons each), then roll the balls in the sprinkles. Place on the baking sheets, about 2 inches apart. Bake until the tops of the cookies are slightly puffed and cracked and the edges are set, 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes on the baking sheets, then remove to racks to cool completely.
