Steps:
- Combine brown sugar, honey, sesame oil, and chili oil in a small bowl; set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook, turning occasionally, until lightly browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low, add soy sauce, and cook until reduced, about 5 minutes. Flip chicken to coat evenly.
- Add brown sugar mixture to the pan. Continue to cook and flip chicken until no longer pink in the center and juices run clear, about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with white sugar. Continue flipping and cooking for an additional 5 minutes. Remove from the pan and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

- Cut off and discard tips of chicken wings. Cut wings at joints to form 24 pieces. In a 12-inch cast-iron skillet heat oil over medium-high. Add wings; cook 10 minutes or until browned, turning once. Drain off fat.
- Pour Asian Ginger and Soy Sauce or Pineapple Teriyaki Sauce over chicken wings. Simmer, covered, 5 minutes. Simmer, uncovered, 10 to 15 minutes more or until chicken is no longer pink and sauce is slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. If desired, sprinkle with green onions.
