1 bowl Rice
1 piece pineapple
1 piece egg
1 piece Chicken breast
1/3 root Cucumber
1/3 root carrot
1/3 Bell pepper
1/2 tbsp Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon Cooking wine

Steps:

  • The leftover rice is broken up for later use. It is recommended to use glutinous rice; put the leftover rice in a fresh-keeping bag, put it in the refrigerator freezer, and refrigerate for about 3 hours
  • Cut the pineapple from two-thirds; make the container for the large one and make the lid for the small one; for the pineapple of the container, dig out the pineapple flesh; dice the pineapple flesh that is dug out and soak in light salt water for about 20 minutes
  • Knock the eggs into a bowl, add an appropriate amount of salt, and mix well
  • Dice cucumbers, carrots, and sweet peppers
  • After dicing chicken breast, use cooking wine and pepper to mix well and marinate for a while
  • Heat up the wok, add some vegetable oil to heat, put the carrots in the pan and stir-fry; add the chicken and stir-fry until the color changes
  • Add cucumber and sweet pepper and stir fry evenly
  • Add leftover rice and stir well
  • Pour in the egg mixture and stir well
  • Put in the porudine, stir-fry evenly and then out of the pan

Lower heat and add eggs. Swirl eggs just a bit up the wok, then leave to sit and cook undisturbed until they are about 3/4 done.
