- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
- Combine flour, salt, and red pepper flakes in large bowl; add Cheddar cheese. Toss until cheese is coated. Pour in melted butter; stir until mixture is moist and crumbly. Add rice cereal and knead by hand until dough is well blended.
- Roll dough into small 1/2-inch balls; arrange on a baking sheet. Flatten each ball with a fork.
- Bake in the preheated oven until light and crispy, about 30 minutes.

- Preheat the oven to 375°. Grease an 8-by-8 baking dish with cooking spray and line with parchment. Grease parchment. In a food processor pulse the crackers until fine crumbs. Add the butter and pulse until combined. Pour the cracker mixture into the prepared baking dish and press into a firm even crust. Bake the crust until lightly golden, about 14 minutes. Remove to a wire rack. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and flour. Season with salt and pepper. Stir 1 cup of the cheese, ham, and parsley into the egg mixture. Pour the egg mixture over the hot crust. Bake until the egg is set, about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool 15 minutes, then slice into sticks and serve.
