HOT APPETIZER CASSEROLE | JUST A PINCH RECIPES
I am always on the hunt for new dishes to serve when entertaining. This one I found a long time ago (1980's) --and I am still serving it nearly thirty year's later!

Number Of Ingredients 9
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix the first three ingredients together until well blended.
- Add the remaining ingredients (except the pecans) and mix well and place in a small, shallow baking dish.
- Sprinkle the pecans over the top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, uncovered.
- Serve with crackers; refrigerate leftovers.
EASY APPETIZER NACHO CASSEROLE - RECIPES - FAXO
Although this is an appetizer, it could easily be served as a light meal. It makes a wonderful, easy appetizer for your next party or gathering.

Steps:
- Heat oil in a skillet. When warm, add ground beef; cook until browned; discard excess fat. Season with taco seasoning; add cream cheese and salsa; stir until cream cheese is melted and well combined. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Layer in n a 9x13 inch casserole dish: tortilla chips, beef and shredded cheese. Repeat once more; place in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted. Remove from oven. Serve hot, topped with diced bell pepper and cilantro, if desired. 12 appetizer servings. *If using a flavored Dorito chip, use less taco seasoning.
