KFC BBQ Baked Beans Recipe - Top Secret Recipes image

Here's a replica recipe that's great for a cookout, or as your cool cloned contribution to a party. You can add everything to the dish ahead of time and bake it when you get to the shindig. Just find yourself a couple cans of the small white beans (not pinto beans or great northern beans), and the rest is easy. Throw all of the ingredients into a casserole dish and let the sucker bake, while you get in on the festivities. Complete your meal with my copycat KFC Original Fried Chicken and KFC Coleslaw recipes here. Source: Even More Top Secret Restaurant Recipes by Todd Wilbur.

TOP SECRET RECIPES | DEL TACO TAMALES
This 600-unit Mexican fast food chain celebrates the holidays each year with delicious little $2 corn husk-wrapped pork tamales made from a traditional recipe for authentic south-of-the-border taste. The only problem is when the holidays go away, so do these tasty tamales. And that's why we bust out this Top Secret Recipe. Making authentic tamales is not difficult, but it does take time. The pork requires a braise for several hours to get it fork-tender, and the wrapped tamales will take around 2 hours to steam until they're done. This hack is inspired by traditional tamale recipes that include a braising sauce for the pork made from rehydrated guajillo peppers. To coax out more flavor, I chose to first toast the peppers before adding them to the liquid. And rather than using lard in the masa dough, I found a combination of vegetable shortening and butter to be a more flavorful alternative. Steam all 24 of your tamales until they are fully cooked, and store those you can’t eat in your freezer for several weeks. Steam the frozen tamales for 20 to 30 minutes, and they’ll taste as good as fresh. How about a cold margarita to wash down those tamales? Find your favorite famous drink recipes here. TOP SECRET RECIPES | T.G.I. FRIDAY'S SESAME JACK STRIPS
Menu Description: “Golden brown, chicken breast strips coated with crispy Japanese panko breadcrumbs with the extra crunch of toasted sesame seeds and tossed in our famous Jack Daniel's sauce.” Although the original recipe is made from sliced chicken breasts, you may consider using the less chewy tenderloins in this kitchen copy. Packs of fresh chicken tenderloins are sold in most markets and you can also find bags of them in the freezer section. I’m a big fan of the more tender meat in the tenderloins, especially when it comes to chicken fingers. The breading is a simple combination of flour and panko (or Japanese bread crumbs). When the chicken fingers are done frying, gently toss them in the Jack Daniel’s glaze made from my recipe here, and you’ve got a great appetizer than can serve a half dozen finger food fanatics.
