Lycium barbarum lotus root slices recipe - Simple Chinese Food image

Lotus root, also known as lotus root, belongs to the Nymphaeaceae plant, the rhizome of lotus. It is large and knotted, with some small tubular holes in the middle, which are connected by silk after breaking. The lotus root is slightly sweet and crisp, can be eaten raw or cooked, and has high medicinal value. Half spoon Chicken Essence

Half spoon White vinegar

Steps:

  • Soak the wolfberry in warm water and slice the lotus root
  • Boil water in a pot, put the lotus root after the water is boiled, cook for about 2-3 minutes, remove
  • After removing the lotus root, add warm water to enlarge the bowl
  • Put goji berries, add 1/2 tsp salt, 1,2 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp chicken broth, 1/2 tbsp white vinegar, and appropriate amount of sesame oil.
