1 package (8 ounces) reduced-fat cream cheese
1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
1/2 cup Louisiana-style hot sauce
3 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
Assorted crackers

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream and hot sauce until smooth; stir in chicken., Transfer to an 8-in. square baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cover and bake until heated through, 18-22 minutes. Serve warm with crackers.

Number Of Ingredients 13

3 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup warm water (120° to 130°)
1 tablespoon softened butter or vegetable oil
TOPPING:
3 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
Kosher salt
Coarse sugar
2 tablespoons butter, melted, optional
Cinnamon-sugar

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, salt, water and butter; beat until smooth (mixture will be slightly sticky). Sprinkle with 1-2 tablespoons water if dough is dry. Cover and let rest in a warm place 30 minutes., Punch dough down. Turn onto a lightly greased surface; divide into six pieces. Roll each piece into a 24-in. rope. For topping, combine water, sugar and baking soda in a shallow bowl. Shape each rope into a pretzel and dip into the baking solution. Sprinkle pretzels with coarse salt or coarse sugar., Place on parchment-lined baking sheets. Bake at 400° for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with melted butter. Dip in cinnamon-sugar, if desired. Serve warm.,

  • Preheat the oven to 375°. Line a 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving a 2-inch overhang on all sides. Coat the parchment with cooking spray. Pulse the cookies in a food processor until finely ground. Drizzle in the melted butter and pulse until the crumbs are completely coated. Press the crumb mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the top and gently spread it to the edges with the back of a spoon. Add the broken mini pretzel twists, salted roasted peanuts, butterscotch chips and milk chocolate chips, pressing them down gently with your hands. Bake until the bars are golden brown around the edges and beginning to pull away from the pan, 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool in the pan on a rack for at least 3 hours. Use the parchment overhang to lift the bars out of the pan. Slice with a serrated knife.

PIZZA HUT PAN PIZZA COPYCAT RECIPE | TOP SECRET RECIPES
The secret to perfect pan pizza is pressing the dough into a well-oiled pan (Pizza Hut uses soybean oil), then the pan is covered and the dough rises in a heated cabinet for 45 to 60 minutes. When the dough is topped, the edge is sprayed with a butter-flavored “food release” and the pie is baked at 500 degrees F until perfectly browned on top. You can use a 9-inch, 12-inch, or 15-inch deep dish pizza pan or cake pan for this recipe, and you’ll want to preheat your oven with a pizza stone in it to simulate the type of oven used at the chain. The hot ceramic surface of the pizza stone will cause the oil in the pan to cook the bottom of the dough so that it’s brown and crispy like an authentic pan pizza crust should be. I tried making the dough with cake flour, all-purpose flour, superfine “00” flour, bread flour and many combinations of these different flours which all contain varying amounts of gluten. I even tried rising the dough slowly in the refrigerator for various lengths of time as long as up to four days. But after a month of testing and about 30 pan pizzas later, I found the best dough to be straight bread flour, and to let the dough rise at room temperature.
